Before the arrival of modern smartphones, Nokia 3310 was the most sold Nokia phone in the history of feature phones. After a long wait, finally the modified version the old nokia glory – Nokia 3310 4G variant has been launched in china. In terms of design, this Nokia 3310 4G variant looks almost similar to the old Nokia 3310 rather than little bigger in height, but power packed with quite good features & specifications.
Nokia 3310 4G variant has a 2.4 inch QVGA display with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. It features a 256 MB of RAM with a combination of 512 MB internal storage. While the internal storage is expandable upto 64 GB via an external micro-SD card. Interesting thing is that Nokia 3310 4G version supports 4G VoLTE connectivity, Wi-Fi and it runs on Alibaba Group’s YunOS which is based on Android (AOSP) and it means you can run almost all basic android apps like whatsapp, youtube, Facebook etc.
Moreover the device has a 2 MP rear camera with LED flash. Other connectivity options such as Bluetooth 4.0, Headphone jack and FM Radio comes within it. With all of these packed specs, the device is power backed by a 1,200 mAh battery that can offer upto 5hrs of talk time on 4G VoLTE connectivity.
This Nokia 3310 4G variant has already been listed on HDM Global’s official website, but seems it’ll currently made available only for china. The Global variant will be launched at the Mobile World Congress event in February. However the pricing has not been announced yet, Nokia 3310 4G launch in India is expected just right after its announcement of MWC 2018 event.
